Computer Aided Design

Computer-Aided Design This course will introduce students to the world of computer aided design. Students will build critical skills relating to the methods and standards of architects, engineers, and designers. Students will discover the capabilities of computer aided design through the use of AutoCAD drafting software. Students will visualize and create multiple 2D views of 3D objects (orthographics) and mechanical drawings. This course is excellent for students interested in pursuing architecture, computer aided design, or engineering. One semester fulfills the Applied Arts requirement. All subject GPA.
